Elastofuga┬«   How to apply/use it

On an hard base (bed layer in concrete) or compacted tout-venant depending on traffic intensity, the cube (of suitable type in relation to traffic intensity) is laid on a base layer of gravel (type: 3/6 or 4/8mm of hard rock) with a Los Angeles measurement inferior than 20 with 5cm thickness and +/-2cm tolerance. After having laid the cubes in the desired pattern, the joints are in-filled with the same gravel used for the bed layer and then compacted by vibration using a tamper. The joints are in-filled again (possibly with 2/4mm gravel for a better finish), then the final resin grouting phase is instigated. It is recommended: - to absolutely avoid using sand or cement in any laying phase; - to use exclusively hard, clean, washed gravels; - to use dark-coloured gravel for a visual effect compatible with the stone; - to apply the grout in dry conditions (i.e. no rainwater or humidity).
